SPR# JCAL63ZPDZ - Delegates who had calendar only access were unable to process meetings on the managed calendar because they couldn't send mail invitations, acceptances, etc.
This fix is to allow the delegates with write access to the calendar to send these calendar/task related notices while still blocking them from sending regular memos on behalf of the mailfile owner. Also, delegates with read access to the calendar (or inbox) are prevented from sending calendar/task notices.

SPR# JCAL63ZPDZ - Delegates who had calendar only access were unable to process
meetings on the managed calendar because they couldn't send mail invitations,
acceptances, etc. This fix is to allow the delegates with write access to the
calendar to send these calendar/task related notices while still blocking them
from sending regular memos on behalf of the mailfile owner. Also, delegates
with read access to the calendar (or inbox) are prevented from sending
calendar/task notices.

Steps to reproduce issue:

1. As the manager / owner of a Domino mail file, give another person Delegate
access to your mail file with 'Only Calendar & ToDo' rights set to the
following option:

"Read, Create, Edit and Delete any Calendar Entry or To Do"

2. As the Delegate, open the manager's mail file.
3. Attempt any of the following tasks:

- send a mail message
- create and assign a task
- create a Calendar entry such as a meeting, appointment, all day event, etc.
- accept/decline a meeting invitation
- delete a meeting, task or calendar entry from the Inbox.

Further Detail on Symptoms is below:

With this option set:

'Read, create, edit and delete any Calendar Entry or To Do'

...you cannot:

send an assigned task
- In Outlook XP this error appears: "The tasks folder cannot be found"
- In Outlook 2000 this error appears: "This managed user has not given
permission.."

accept/decline meetings
- In Outlook XP this error appears: "This managed user has not given
permission.."
- In Outlook 2000 this error appears: "This managed user has not given
permission.."

cannot create new meetings on calendar
- In Outlook XP an Outlook dialog box appears with the following message:
"Responses to this meeting request will not be tallied because this meeting is
not in your main Calendar folder. Is this ok?"
- In Outlook 2000 this error occurs: "This managed user has not given
permission.."

Appointments and All Day Events for both Outlook XP & 2000 are created on the
local Manager's Calendar but don't replicate up to manager's mail file on the
Domino Server.

Deleting a document from the Manager's calendar in DAMO does not replicate up
to the Manager's mail file on the Domino Server.
